They assure the consumer that unless legally obligated they will keep the information about your driving style to themselves, but I'm guessing it won't be long before the culpable driver in accidents will be determined with a device such as these. Beware consumer - Big Progressive is watching!

Pay as you drive? What the heck? Ronald's insurance would be so expensive, and mine would be really cheap. Yikes....they wouldn't know what to do with our premium....haha. I have to admit, that is pretty cool. I wonder if one day those things will be required in all cars, then the insurance companies would only need your VIN to access your car and keep track of it. That'd be kind of cool.
